If you desire to extract the content sent to your contacts through our platform, we have an Export option available.
Log into your SMS.to account and select the Reports option from the navigation bar on the left. You should then click the Message Log tab at the top of the page.
A date range field will be available for you to filter your entries sent throughout the year.
On the platform, you can only view the content sent over the last 30 days and up to 10k messages. The Export option will be accessible when a date range is selected that has a maximum of 30 days and will bring all messages (the 10k limit is not applied on export). Once you exceed the 31 days count, the Export option will be hidden and your message logs will not show up in the table provided on the page.
When you click the Export button, a message will be sent to the email address you have registered with us that contains a download link for the CSV file with your content.
Important Note:
If you wish to download the content sent over an extended period of time, multiple exports are required. That means that if you would like the last 6 months of the content sent, it is required that 6 different exports are done - one for each month.
