Users can check the status of their SMS campaigns. Reports will show the following status:
|DELIVERED||SMS.to received a DLR from the network, the message was delivered to and reception confirmed by the handset.|
|SENDING||SMS is being submitted for delivery but has not reached the network yet.|
|SENT||SMS.to submitted the message to the network for delivery to the handset. A confirmation of the reception was not (yet) received. Some networks in some countries generally never confirm the delivery.|
|FAILED||The message delivery failed.|
|EXPIRED||SMS was successfully sent to the mobile network but not delivered to the handset (e.g. due to no reception).|
|QUEUED||SMS is queued internally (on SMS.to) for processing.|
|SCHEDULED||SMS is planned (scheduled by the user for a later execution) but not submitted yet.|
|REJECTED||The message didn’t go through due to low balance, invalid number(format) or an issue with SMS.to servers.|
|UNSUBSCRIBED||The message was not sent because the recipient has opted-out.|
Note: The only non-billable status are: REJECTED, UNSUBSCRIBED.
To check the SMS logs, please follow the steps below:
1. Login to your SMS.to dashboard.
2. In the left side panel, click on Reports or click View Log under SMS Sent in the dashboard page.
3. The Reports page will be displayed on the right side.
4. Click on Messages Log.
5. Under Messages Log, all the SMS that you have sent with its status will be displayed.
